The service
Wavesay is a Canva app that turns an audio file into a soundwave graphic and adds it to your Canva design. The app is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Your audio and your graphics
You must own, or have the rights to use, any audio you use with Wavesay. You are responsible for the graphics you create with the app, including anything you print, share, or sell. Wavesay claims no rights over the soundwave graphics you generate — they are yours.
Acceptable use
Do not use Wavesay to infringe anyone's copyright, privacy, or other rights, and do not attempt to disrupt the app or Canva's services.
Changes and availability
The operator may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. These terms may be updated by posting a new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
